Great location, amazing rooms... but a lack of details care! At breakfast ( where , I have to say, the buffet is high standard, in terms o variety , quantity and quality), coffee service is very slow ( every day I had to wait for 10-15 mins before being served for my coffee). More than once I have heard the team having hard discussion during breakfast time ,around us... this should not happen! cleaniness is not really perfect, and, being the hotel's floor and wall entirely white... it's easy to be seen! I have been given a room which face a sort of garden and where at night is full of insects.... I understand this is "nature", but the solution can not be a rolled towel put in front of the door! I have to skip all the moths on the corridor when I was coming back at night. The rooms are erfect, brand news, decorated and well furbished ( but I have to say the bathroom is quite funny: toilet and shower separtaed in 2 "rooms", and the sinks are in the room itself....I would change that. Moreover, more than once, after the daily cleaning I have to ask something that was missing ( coffe cups. bathrobe....) Guest relation also not really "friendly". I have asked for a boat tour, I had to ask for that twice, she just shared the contact of a boat company, she wasn't really involved in this. Moreover the tour has been cxl, because of the bad weather, she didn't ask if she could have helped somehow or anything... I was not expecting this from a 5* On the other end, big shout for Reception staff,always smiling and happy to help.
