A little confusing to check in this apartment. Great location but services are limited. We booked as 4 adults and were told only 2 towels would be provided every second night which is not great if you plan to swim and shower daily.

We see reviews for typic art apartments and though even very good we still had reservations. We shouldn't of worried, they was spotlessly clean and close to the restaurants. Es canar is a lovely family oriented area, pretty and nice. Recommended the area for couples n families, maybe not lively enough for 18-21 crowd. Typic art have a nice pool n bar area too, staff very friendly and show football etc. Well worth a visit to typic art apartments enjoy.

The location is fantastic as it's an easy walk to our favourite beach and to local restaurants etc. But - the safe boxes weren't in the room but in a separate building. The security door to the building was constantly left open. There was no hot water before 09.00-09.30 and no hot water at all in the kitchen. Also the drains in the bathroom and kitchen were very slow to drain, particularly the bathroom. The towels were very rough, like sand paper.

A very clean and modern apartment. The air conditioning was great too. The staff at popeyes are very friendly and were lovely to the kids.
The only down side was the pool. Despite signs saying it’s for guests only, it seemed many random people use it. So at times it got busy when it shouldn’t really be.
Apart from that, it was a property and we’d visit again.

I was quite impressed with theses appartments. We were on a group holiday for a wedding, so I also saw other peoples apartment. Mine was to sleep 6 had 2 bedrooms nice sizes and a pull out sofa bed that we didnt use as there was only 4 of us. Only negative for my room was slight mould in toilet/bathroom in top right of ceiling area. In our appartments it was quite cute has a sliding glass door that seperates the toilet from the shower, found this ideal. Other than that no complaints would defo stay there again. Nice simple clean pool area with sun loubgers, it was not busy so this was ideal for us we stayed mid May for 6 nights. I saw my other families appartment and they had 3 bedrooms and one of the bedrooms had an on-suite bathroom/toilet, i was well jelous. Both our appartments were on the 3rd floor.(there are no lifts so if you would prefeer a lower floor I would advise to request this in your booking). Taxi to the airport was 45 euros which we got from across the road from the apartments otherwise they add an extra 5 euros on. Location is good they are litterally across the road from the beach, just a slight walk down to it. A few nice resturants and supermarkets all on the doorstep surrounding the beach, also a taxi rank. You can also grab a taxi for 8-10 euros down to Santa Eulalia,there is a marina there with posh resturants lots of shop and a beautiful beach, apparently they call this this westend of Ibiza, defo worth a visit,beautiful sandy beach. We went down there and a had a lovely italian meal. Overall they are clean and nice, good location.

Stayed for 10 days in October, a friendly welcome from both the Staff in the Art shop & Tony at Popeyes. We stayed in the 1st apartment above Popeyes (as we requested) which is very spacious, comfy bed & pillows, loads of coat hangers, bathroom with a really good shower & hairdryer, kitchen with enough pots & pans, double hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & a fridge freezer with a decent sized freezer - plenty of room for a bag of ice, eroskis cornettos (only 1.79 a pack of 4 in various flavours!) & anything else within reason. air conditioning, plenty of plug sockets, really spacious balcony with table & chairs, sun loungers & a small clothes airer/dryer. Only draw back was the TV - no English channels but my sports TV addict remedied this by watching the important things in Popeyes! Radio was available so this made for decent background music. Small sized pool at rear with adequate sunbeds. Safety deposit boxes in reception - can always access via the Art shop or Popeyes. Wouldn t say it s that much of a draw back as we ve already booked for next year!

Great place close to rhe transportation area and restaurants and grocery.The facilities look ok but not 5 star ,bathroom issues and beds like a rock.But is ok
