Miss represented online. Catfish photos. Service non existent and front desk staff enept. Noise at night from staff in dining area is very disturbing. Asked for room to be serviced on way out at 9.30am and still not done at 2pm. Corridors are filled with used meal plates. Staff are obviously very lazy. Stay away from this place if you expect service. ONLY good thing about this hotel is locality to Lulu Mall.

Place is nothing like what they advertise in the pictures. Place smells like a smoking (cigarette) zone and A/C doesn’t work properly. Bed linen seems old untidy and the staff could have been more friendly and decent

Horrible place to stay. Cockroaches, stained chairs, dirty sheets (they just tucked back the sheets after the previous guest left). The springs in the mattress were so loud and uncomfortable. I wouldve slept on the floor if it wasn't for the cockroaches. They don't change the sheets in the afternoon unless we ask them to. A leading web search shows this hotel is a 4-star. This hotel is 2star at best and it's better to call them directly and book. They offered me less than half the price first because they didn't know my booking was prepaid.

Waste of money.total dispressed of room and staff. Photos which displayed on websites and room are totally different. Room was not maintained well. No proper cleaning and regretting experience with the staff. Expecally with reception staff. They are very rude and not listening to any request they cut the call on face. Room Ac was not working after informing multiple times they agreed to come and check but nobody came to check on that went down to reception again agreed but no response. No tv channels was available. Restaurant staff was kind enough. But overall this property is not recommendable in the sense of room clean and service.

The rooms are no where close to the photos shown. The lighting was very bad. There was a pungent smell in the room and bathroom. Complained twice for room change but they just gave us an air freshener. No parking facility. Staff doesn’t help you with the luggage. No wallet parking.

The lady receptionist who welcomed us is really nice, soft and professional, no other choice we took this hotel, it is a good hotel for rowdy dealings! not for a family trip. Staff are ok, no problem, another thing despite less choice their breakfast was good. No parking facility nearby hell to park your car, very very difficult to unload suitcases and then to load in the trunk of the car hell!, their staff help you to carry luggage to get in, but while checking out no one will move a finger to help you! Horrible unpleasant smell in the rooms that I visited, beware of comments that say that the rooms are clean it's almost disgusting, the beds are horrible with their pillows, then the AC remote control does not work, room very good for a goes with a girl and for criminal activities. and it is costly that sh...it!

It was a good experience in the first few days. After that they did not even clean the room and toilet properly. The breakfast was restricted with only few rotis for us. Others guests were provided as much as they wish. The last day there was a bun with fungus which was there for the breakfast.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible, just your run of the mill budget hotel. The parking situation is very difficult though due to the proximity to a big shopping mall. There is no (legal) parking near the hotel. I ended up parking about a 10min walk away. Maybe just parking overnight in the mall might have been a better option.
