I have been in Novina Sleep Inn only for one night, but I have got very surprised by the service I have received from them, especially from one of their employee: Sonja. I have called the day before to inform that I was going to have a late check-in and she has been so nice to inform me about the automatic machine to do the self-check-in. The day after when I arrived to the hotel was 5 minute before the end of the turn of Sonja (21:55) and she check-in me as usual, but I was hungry and instead to just give an indication, she given me solution. She called the restaurant to place my order in German (I do not speck german), she informed me that the restaurant was accepting only defined kind of credi cards, as I did not had those cards, so she indicated to me where can I find an ATM to take cash. Finally, this is what I expect from an hotel. Thanks Novina Sleep Inn, thanks Sonja!!!

We were a family guest for one night. We were positively surprised in all areas. The room, breakfast and also the friendly service - all top in relation to the price. Unfortunately we could not try the sauna (timely). We're happy to come back!

The hotel offers everything you need. We are always happy there. Lobby, bar and breakfast rooms are new, rooms and wellness area from the 1990s, but maintained and therefore still good. To highlight the top breakfast with regional products and the careful service. In a wellness complaint even even evening the house technician passed and checked the technique. For our apparently valuable tip there was even a free sect. The massage was great, pleasant atmosphere and technically well performed. The parking facilities are super. Some things can be done in the surroundings.

A really very nice hotel in French Idyll. Located in a beautiful area, this hotel is definitely at the point of start which is worth it. Friendly check-in it went to the room and what I should say. All suits. Only the night noise was a little disturbing because the room was a little bright. A cozy bed, everything was needed to work and a good breakfast the next day. Please continue like that. Conclude: It's always liked.

The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective than the herzogspark hotel next to it. But there is no hotel akazienhaus next to it. It is recommended to live in akazienhaus. The room over there is better
