Location is great, it's about 5min walk to the city centre. Room are clean, basic standard, there is a lobby with a bit of warm and cozy vibe with bar to relax. It is a basic hotel. A bit overpriced for what it is.

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was helpful. The hotel was close to the train station, which was great. We did not purchase any food from the convenience store at the hotel, but they appeared to have a nice range of heatable food items. Beware that some of the restaurants near the hotel have odd hours. Due to heavy rain, we ended up ordering pizza from a Pizza & Kebab Eva off of Uber Eats and having it delivered to the hotel. The pizza was awesome, and better than anything we had when we travelled through Italy. The AC did not work, so we slept with the windows open. Epinal is a beautiful area, and there are quaint shops within walking distance from the hotel.

Reasonable hotel not too far from the highway, we stopped here for the night on our way to Switzerland. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok. Only the coffee was not great. 10 mins walk into center Épinal where you find a number of restaurants.

We were here for two nights while visiting Epinal. The hotel is right across from the bus and train station, making it an easy walk. Check in was quick, room was nice, as was the bathroom. Had a nice breakfast for us. The front desk was extremely helpful, as we did not speak French. Julian especially was a life saver for us when I had a Paris hotel emergency. He is truly an asset to the hotel. We would stay here again if in the area

Je passe devant et je téléphone pour réserver une chambre Je me gare j’arrive avec tout mes valises et la receptioniste me dit non je me suis trompé j’ai Plus de chambre et me jette comme un mal propre pour parler à d’autres personnes
