The service was very satisfactory, because the group tour was very early, the restaurant aunt let us put a bag of breakfast car to eat, so touched, I didn't have hope that this would be the case, because it was less than six o'clock, I could understand not to eat, and I took us a food bag. When visiting Enshi, I found the Encore Hotel from Ctrip.com and came to check it out. I didn’t see the breakfast label on Ctrip and placed the wrong order. Later, the guy at the front desk patiently helped me answer the question and another girl at the front desk helped me solve the problem. Thank you very much to them. The cleaning service on the 16th floor is also very good👍 During the three days of my stay, I saw him cleaning every room seriously. There are still many shortcomings in the hotel's management. The breakfast is still very average for a Shanghainese like me. There is a gap between similar Ramada hotels in the Yangtze River Delta. One of the days it rained, I went to the parking lot and the ground was slippery. I fell down (I noticed that it was okay but I fell hard) and I didn’t see any staff there. There were still many details that were not in place. From the hotel’s positioning, it can only be regarded as a four-star hotel. Let’s follow!
