The hotel is close to Enshi East Station, a 10-minute walk. The hotel shares a building with another hotel, and the front desk service is pretty good. However, we stayed for 2 days and no one came to clean the room the next day, the towels in the bathroom were wet, and the free water was not given. The trash can is not dumped either. I hope this can be improved. After all, the room needs to be cleaned every day. There is nothing else to say, hygiene or something is okay.

這是一家交通很便利，服務一流很值得去的酒店，物超所值，前台小姐姐十分熱情。樓層管事服務也很到位，房間不會開電視。樓層大姐就趕緊過來幫忙解決。對本次出行還是很滿意的。他們還會免費升級住的房間，周邊就是高鐵站，好吃的餐館也很多，酒店設施也很齊全。衞生也搞得十分乾淨，下次還會帶朋友一起來。推薦大家也可以去的喔。

服務非常好，前台小姐姐態度友善，樂於助人，能夠及時滿足要求；地理位置也非常好離火車站很近；雖然是離馬路比較近但是晚上非常安靜不打擾休息；餐館多；交通也非常方便；房間衞生也非常乾淨；價格也非常合理；房間裏面的設施齊全；有多的房間還可以給客人免費升級，床睡着也很舒服，床也挺大的。
