環境還不錯，酒店房間還可以，比較寬敞，就是配套設施有點舊，衞生還算可以，房間空調製熱效果差了點，房間不暖和。

第一晚訂的是親子房，衞生還過得去，但，空調的聲音像拖拉機，前台電話8000根本無法打通，一個晚上無法入眠，無奈衹能等第二天出遊前跟前台反饋了空調的問題，傍晚回到酒店還是發現空調沒維修，跟前台溝通後給我們換了兩間大床房，這點要給予肯定，拿着房卡進入房間是一股很大的煙味，按道理顧客都是12點前退房的，都己是晚上八點多了還有這麼大的煙味，大膽猜測估計是鐘點房，但無從考證，衹能將就入住，令人煩燥的事情正在發生：一個晚上的空調都不涼，不管你調到幾度的温度，室內的温度就是30度，晚上12點半熱到無法入睡找前台溝通説請師傅來維修，估計沒那麼快修好，但今晚一定能維修好，一個晚上在熱氣騰騰的房間中期待着空調能正常使用，結果並沒有，早上起來的室內温度是32度。我除了無語衹能是無語。

這是我住的酒店前台服務態度最差的 最坑的 房間不説 前台表明不清楚 入住酒店不説清楚 衹問我有沒有開車 我説開了 就叫我聽在下面 沒説要掃碼領卷停車 停車就花了我五十多 也不給退停車費 還推卸責任 也不給解決方式。 本來就是前台的失職 做錯了。不説清楚。還推卸責任 就一個勁的不説話 切記大家千萬不要來這個酒店住 態度極其惡劣 推卸責任 無語她嘛給無語開門無語到家了！！！！ 前台這麼個最基本的態度和服務都表達不清楚還做什麼前台啊！！！！！切記不要來瑞都酒店 切記呀 搭咩搭咩🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️臉都被前台酒店氣黑了🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️
