設施：酒店離機場不遠，有24小時接送巴士，還是很方便的，接送等待時間不長，大概20-30分鐘就有，酒店設施還是比較齊全
床的尺寸比較大，一家四口可以住，不擠
衞生：衞生狀況還不錯
環境：停車場，游泳池，還下雨辦公需要的打印都齊全
服務：早餐對於中國胃而言可能有點難，但是還可以
麪包，牛奶，還有麥片啥的

This facility exceeds our expectations. The front desk person Pad was excellent. He’s amazing with a very welcoming attitude, very accommodating
, friendly, full of good energy, professional, & treated us with courtesy. He even had a great deal parking our vehicle in their lot. The shuttle driver was outstanding.
We highly recommend this place to those who love cleanliness, tidiness & perfection. The reception area smells fresh & clean, it’s presentable & very organized. The room is excellent, beddings smell fresh & clean. Everything is immaculate.

Always love this hotel for the large rooms, complimentary breakfast and the service. My only issue that I seem to have consistently is being kicked off of the internet.

The night staff at the front desk went on like he was doing me a favor. The safe in the room was not working and the sink was leaking from under.
The room was changed the next day when I made a complain to the day staff.
I left a request for wake up call Did not get.

good place to stay for an overnight while flying out of Bradley Airport. Shuttle was helpful...a bit confusing as the shuttle is not identified as Holiday Inn Express. It's a shuttle for LAX Parking...but once they get there you should ask if they are for Holiday inn.

The phone was broken and it took hours before the heat got the room warmed up. On the other hand the people at the desk were very nice and the shuttle worked out perfect.

The staff was friendly and made us very comfortable. The breakfast was fast and perfect. Especially the made to order pancakes!
