Pleasant stay in a very friendly Hotel. The room was a bit on the small side but I was travelling as a single. Excellent breakfast with all the usual choices available. Would stay again, many thanks. John .

We booked a room for 2 nights only and it was a couple stay. In descriptions it was a room with 1 double bed - by fact there were 2 mattresses and no possibility to sleep together. So simply 2 differents beds.
Bathroom was not cleaned at all, foot towel was dirty and a floor in bathroom was really dirty.
Floor in room - ok.
Towels - not ideal, but ok.
Bed sheets - i can say more or less, but not that one you sleep with pleasure.
In the room - no kettle, no tea, no water, no breakfast included.
I would rate it as 3,5 out of 10.
And for me for this price - you can stay here only if you cannot find at all anything more - as last chance to sleep somewhere.

The hotel did not meet our expectations and was overpriced.
The double bed were two single beds put together and were not attached.
When we arrived all doors to the reception were locked and we called the number of the hotel and informed them that we wanted to check-in.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel Stadt Emmerich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zur Rheinpromenade und zur Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Hotel wird von vielen Bikern und Motorradfahrern für ihre Touren genutzt. Da konnten wir schon die eine oder andere Harley bestaunen. Unser Zimmer war klein und leider zur Straße gelegen. Es gibt Zimmer zur Gartenseite, teilweise mit Balkon. Das wird auf jeden Fall die bessere Wahl sein. Sauber war das Zimmer, aber alles wirkte schon etwas überaltert. Das Bad war sehr klein mit einer ebenfalls sehr kleinen Duschkabine. Das Frühstück war ok., Es gab Brötchen und Brot, verschiedene Aufschnitte und Käse, Tomaten und Gurken. Der Saft war ziemlich süß, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Für das Auto gibt es einen großen Stellplatz im Gartenbereich hinter dem Biergarten. Diesen konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Auch wenn unsere Bewertung insgesamt nicht "berauschend" ist, so darf man nicht vergessen zu erwähnen, dass das Hotel für rund € 100,00 pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück und Pkw-Stellplatz eher zu den günstigen Angeboten zählt.

Das Split ist schön eingerichtet, sauber, gediegen und gemütlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Was mich gestört hat: Nicht einmal ein Hauch von Knoblauch am ansonsten leckeren Essen! Schade!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, mit einem großen Biergarten hinter dem Haus. Servicepersonalist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind OK mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren und älteren Matratzen, dafür sauber und ruhig. Frühstück kann für 5 Euro gebucht werden und ist seinen Preis wert, das Buffet bietet den üblichen Standard.
