Everything and Everyone was great!!! Breakfast was good. Had many different things to eat. It snowed while we were there. It was a clean. They cleaned our room and brought towels when we needed them

The staff here were very friendly. It’s a brand new hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet and the heat was turned off to the pool when we arrived, so we weren’t able to swim. Other than that, it was a great stay. We were there for a quick overnighter passing through Horseheads.

This BWP was incredibly clean, the staff was kind, and had an easy checkin and check out process. Overall, very good place to stay. The one thing I didn’t love about it was the hard-to-navigate parking lot that had more than a few potholes.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the fall. Lots of outdoor and indoor decorations. The hotel is brand new, so it is spotless the service at the front desk was impeccable. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly, but very professional. Everything was new, including all the furniture and beds.
