Holiday Inn Express & Suites ELGIN by IHG

Was a very nice stay. Very comfortable room, breakfast was good , great service.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. We went to breakfast 45 minutes before it ended. There was no milk or butter.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Happy with stay and will stay again next time we are there.

The lady at the front desk was really patient with me .. I had just drove in from Illinois to Texas and was exhausted and not as friendly as I normally was because I paid on line then get in there and they say I owe 100 more for deposit and that was not mentioned on line and should have been and should have also been taken on line same time as well and I took it out on her and I apologize it’s not your fault I was sleep deprived and not so nice my apologies and she was so so sweet and respectful when I was not so much so again I’m sorry so FIVE STARS ⭐️ BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING 🤩 COFFEE WAS AMAZING AND ROOM WAS CLEAN AND QUIET … it was PERFECT 😍

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. There were a few missing items, but they replaced them.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Only downfall was lack of choices with breakfast and not enough coffee.

Staff was rude hotel did not have hot water , refused refund or moving me to a different holiday inn , no manager was on site or available till the following week she was on vacation and no one to cover as a manager

Bugs everywhere. They had a sign posted apologizing for a cricket infestation, but there were other crawling and flying bugs, as well. Room was not clean, and stank, Guest laundry did not work. Very sub-par for a Holiday Inn.
