Was really disappointed with their customer service considering their good reviews. The front desk on our arrival was nice enough to arrange a round trip taxi to the Bolivar beach club, however the confusion happened on the return to the hotel and the taxi driver was not in front of the restaurant. I wasn’t able to call the taxi company since I can’t make international phone calls, I had catch a taxi at the restaurant. When I came back to the hotel the lady at the receptionist desk scolded me and asked where I was since the taxi driver was waiting. I explained to her I was outside the restaurant and didn’t see a taxi. That’s when I found out there’s multiple entrances and that the taxi driver was waiting between two entrances. I explained to her I didn’t know that and I thought he’d be outside where it said Bolivar Restaurant since that’s where I asked to go and I’ve never been, she then wanted me to still pay the taxi driver for the trouble and I refused since I had just paid 50 euros to get back. Really disappointed with how comfortable she was in disciplining me and scolding me in front of other guest.
