Very central hotel with easy walking distance to all the historic sights and beautiful squares. We were visiting family in Las Baies, and found the access in and out of the city and reserved parking, very straightforward.

My first visit, and I will definitely return with family when next visiting the area. It’s a great location for enjoying the delights of Elche, from the UNESCO site through to welcoming restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable, everywhere is stylishly decorated and absolutely clean. The breakfast is good quality and wide choice. Above all, the staff are superb - they are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The rooms didn’t have air conditioners. It was far too warm inside the rooms. Windows couldn’t be opened. You needed a special key.

Hotel parking garage a one minute walk from the hotel, highly recommend (€12). Checking in was easy. The room whilst not huge was adequate with a safe and fridge but no coffee making facilities. Breakfast was fine. Easy walk to Elche centre.

We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and that’s exactly what we were given: a room at the back of the hotel on the 6th floor. It was extremely quiet and we slept very well. Big fluffy towels, nice bedding. Not the biggest of rooms but it was well laid out and had everything we needed. About 10-15 mins walk to the main bus and train stations. Breakfast is to the side of the calm, stylish lobby. A nice buffet with plenty of fresh ingredients.

I had room 609 nice quiet and spacious . A big thank you to all the staff who kindly took care of me during my staff . Receptionist waitresses cleaners all fantastic …and food is amazing thank you

Very cosy and well-kept hotel, good restaurant with lovely and friendly staff throughout. The cooling/heating was a bit temperamental. Location is excellent and you're right in the centre, seconds away from all the shops and restaurants as well as all the beautiful areas that Elche has to offer!
