Right inside Airport Terminal 1, I was very satisfied. The front desk was still welcoming when I arrived late at night. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended for those catching early flights.

A bit hard to find, but everything else was fine. The room has a safe, and breakfast was tasty.

Location was excellent, right at Terminal 1. But some of the amenities were not working properly, eg hairdryer, TV..

The front desk staff were really friendly, and the hotel itself was super comfortable! The location was a bit tricky to find though; it took me about 20 minutes, so it would be great if there were clearer signs. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied!

The location is excellent as it is located in the airport. Just need to find the signs to the place. However, I gave one star for service as I had problems checking in to get the room type that I had booked.

After 10:30 PM, there's absolutely no service. In my opinion, the value for money is totally overpriced, and it was taken over by a third-party provider. The rooms smelled like drains. I would never use it again; I'd rather take a 10-minute taxi ride instead.

THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! My husband and I were planning to spend a night in this hotel before our flight. A week before our stay my husband got his passport stolen (not an uncommon thing on Barcelona, as we later found out) and because of that we HAD to stay in Barcelona. I notified the hotel immediately and explained the situation to them, suggesting to send all types of confirmation (police reports and consulate statements included!!). Regardless my explanation, they plainly refused to cancel our booking and charged us the entire cost of the “stay”. Given that together with the passports we also were stolen the money, that was THE UGLIEST thing they could do.  For your info: 2 hotels in Portugal made a FULL REFUND for us (even though our reservations with them were NON-REFUNDABLE). So I guess if they wanted to help us, they had all chances to do so. Only they couldn’t care less!!

Choosing this Sleep&Fly hotel for my layover was an absolute lifesaver! The location is super convenient, no hassle at all, which is perfect for travelers catching a flight. The room, though not huge, was a little gem – it had everything I needed, including a private bathroom, comfortable bedding, and it was spotlessly clean. The service was also very attentive. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely pick this place again for my next layover.

Room is basic but comfortable. But its really very pricey for whats supplied and I wished the owner of the facility would go explore Hilton Gardens Frankfurt to get a sense of what Eur 200 should be like and dont abuse the excellent location and rights.

the location is really good, just a short walk from the terminal. the staff at the reception were welcoming and kindly provided us with a travel adapter when we realised we forgot ours. the shower was a little weird though, water kept flowing out onto the main dry area.

The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient.

not so gogeous but the location is perfect and all equipments are enough to spend nights without any problems.
