So there is absolutely no parking at the check in area and if you go up the ramp into the parking garage you are trapped because it won’t let you in. If you try to exit the facility they have put enormous posts in to block your view so you can’t safely get into traffic. Interstate Highway 10 is right outside your window and louder than hell. If that wasn’t enough, the train goes by every couple of minutes to insure that you will never get any sleep. A horrible place.

This hotel is very easy access from the highway. I always stay here when I come through town. The rooms are clean and nice.

I stay there when I come down for work once or twice a month. Every time I stay there they clean my room every day. This time I stayed there they told me they only clean if I’m staying more than 3 nights. I don’t like to be lied to. I won’t be staying there any more. The price goes up and now the service is going down. There is other hotels in the same area that will clean my room every night. They also charge me twice for parking on my stay and still haven’t heard anything about that.

I didn´t like that if you don´t stay three nights or more yo don´t get the cleaning of the room as a service.
Not what I expect from this kind of hotels and even less when It´s something they don´t explain.

Facilities very good, they should include the cost of parking in the price from the beginning, but most importantly the service of the staff, NOT A SINGLE SMILE.

Property needs to retrain cleaning staff. Rooms were not clean. Mattress have stains on them. Not what I expect for a Marriott or the nightly price

Every staff member I meet was kind and very helpful. It’s a very nice hotel and well located to the downtown area.
