The services was good and the staffs and the owner are friendly.

We arrived at the bed and breakfast to be told they did not have our booking. This was strange since we had booking confirmation and also had received an email that morning from the bed and breakfast about our stay. After the confusion, we were taken up to our room. We were taken up a flight of stairs which had minimal lighting so could be a potential hazard in the dark. When we reached our room, at first glance it was fine. Firstly, we noticed that our room did not have an urban view like we booked. Instead it looked onto another property where there were lots of people sat on the balcony. Unfortunately, our curtains did not close fully so we had to be careful when getting changed as those people could see us. Secondly, we were given two QR codes for the WiFi. The WiFi did not work. The connection was very poor and we ended up just using our own 4G as a result. Thirdly, we both wanted to take a shower and we tried to but there was basically no shower pressure. The water was dripping out with no pressure. The bathroom also had this awful odour - almost like a stale smell or urine smell. Fourthly, the time came when one of us eventually needed the toilet. When the toilet seat was lifted, the water was very high and brown with brown bits floating around. We tried to flush it to get it away and the flush did not work properly. In addition, more of this brown solid stuff and water kept seeping back. This is also when we noticed the bathroom had small like bugs or ants crawling around. At this point, we decided to inform reception as we had no working shower or toilet. A man came in and looked at the toilet and agreed the water wasn’t great. We were then changed to another room, which they did act fast with. Now we are in our new room and there was awful odour throughout. Again, like a stale smell. The aircon was also poor and took hours to actually kick in. At this point we wanted to brush our teeth but to our disgust the running water was yellow. In addition, the toilet water was also yellow. The water at this property is filthy. There was also grime all over the corners of the shower and around the plug hole of the sink. It just was not very clean.

It was a great stay, the room was big and comfort and had everything, the owner bin and the staff did Above and beyond to make sure our stay will be good and present, and It was... They also make really nice breakfast if you ask.. Location is perfect...

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish, offering the worst service we've ever had. Upon arrival around midnight, there was no one at reception. The phone number provided was also not working. After 40 minutes of struggling, another guest luckily provided a number that connected us with staff. After check-in, we immediately pointed out that our room was not as pictured in the booking and it was half the size (8 instead of 15 square meters). We were told it was just for the first night, but the next day, the manager insisted it was correct despite our showing her pictures and descriptions from our booking. Even when higher management admitted the pictures and descriptions on the platform were wrong, they offered no apology, change of room, or refund. The room itself was awful: tiny, old, stinky, and the bed was damp, smelling of old wet wood. The “garden view” was just a view of a busy inner yard. The shared shower was old and water smelled like rusty iron. To top it off, the staff were incredibly rude. Their mistake cost us time, money, and enjoyment. We checked out four days earlier and requested a refund, but the host refused, “according to their policy”. In summary, save yourself the trouble and don't book this place in El Nido.

The hotel was good for its price. The staff were super friendly. It felt nice.
