They have an overnight security guard helping you out on luggage and stuff even if you arrive late! The breakfast was also quite yum and staff are all very helpful, highly recommended!

Cute boutique style accommodation with really nice pool area .  Great location as close enough to town to walk but out of the hustle and bustle. 100 pesos in tultuk to town.  Communal tea/coffee /milo. None in the room. Water took 3 business days to fill a cup!  Laundry service excellent.  Nice friendly staff and owner was super helpful! Security man lovely .  Bathroom was average but clean. Shower ran hot and cold and pressure wasn’t great.  Wifi not the greatest.  Breakfast was average as only 4 package choices so if you wanted a juice, you had to have a continental breakfast.  You couldn’t have a juice with your eggs unless you paid extra which I thought was odd.  The beds were so hard we had to leave a day early. I couldn’t sleep another night on it. I do like a firm mattress but this was like concrete and had not a centimetre of give in it. Can’t imagine was it was made of. The single was also smaller than a single. I’m a small person but was always hanging off the side.  Check out was a little messy as the lady didn’t speak great English and couldn’t really give me a total of what I owed and didn’t note down that my friend had already paid it!  Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again due to the worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

Very nice hotel, with very good breakfast, attentive staff and location close to the main harbour. I was annoyed at first as there was a typhoon on its way for our booking time and I was not able to cancel but we were still able to enjoy our time there. I would recommend this stay.

We stayed 8 nights during March 2025 at the Mansion, with a great location with a 2 min walk into the central part of Town. Breakfast is fantastic, there are plenty of choice and flowing coffee, service is excellent, and staff are always smiling and happy when engaging with them. We also had dinner on 4 nights, food again excellent, and wine served is nice and fruity. The views from our room balcony is straight over the bay and mountain , we sleep well and weren't noisy and cleaning of room on a daily basis , hard to fault and would recommned to anyone looking to book for El Nido, the Mansion is hard to beat on price and quality.

Wonder place. Huge rooms with all the amenities. They are also building a very very small bathing pool. Just cannot fault anything other than that you might have to climb a lot of steps if your room is on the 4th floor. Best breakfast during our whole Philiphines trip. Recommended

This little hotel/guest house is great. The host Noud and his staff are very good. They are hugely knowledgeable, friendly and were able to arrange anything we needed. They booked a beautiful private island hopping tour for us, with collection from the hotel. They were able to do some laundry for us. Whenever we needed a tricycle ride, the staff were super quick to call one for us. On our last day we decided to hire a scooter. Mimi called the rental company for us and the scooter arrived in no time, delivered right to the door. All of the extras, such as airport transfer, laundry, tour and scooter were simply added to our bill, so it was one easy payment when we departed. Noud and his team are very relaxed and were so welcoming. The breakfasts were amazing, with tasty home made jam and lovely coffee. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. We definitely want to visit El Nido again and would hope to book Mansion Beunavista, but this time, with the construction of the swimming pool finished. Thank you to Noud and his wonderful team!

We loved our stay at Mansion Buenavista!. The staff is mazing and Mimi always went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The Owner Noud was incredible. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We even considered canceling our reservation at our next fancy beach resort so we could stay at here instead. We will definitely return.

Buenavista Mansion is a recently renovated teak building with pretty much all the facilities we could expect. The owner, Nouk, was great and clearly enthusiastic about his guesthouse. Throughout our stay, he helped with tours, tickets, and more. The main negative is that it's very close to the main road , so it's a bit noisy in the rooms.

Good location and friendly service

Clean rooms, large bed, beautiful view from the balcony. Very tasty breakfasts to choose from. You can rent a moped and order a group or individual boat tour. We had dinner there, everything was very tasty. Nice home atmosphere, thanks to the owner and all the staff! You can walk to the supermarket or 3 minutes by bike. A swimming pool is being built on the territory.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is definitely worth the money. The owner of the hotel is Dutch, simply an amazing person. He personally helped us with organizing an excursion to the sea, called and they brought us a bike to rent, ordered us a transfer for the return trip, and even changed our dollars. In short, if you come to this hotel, you do not need to resolve any organizational issues, everything will be provided to you at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Portioned, but to choose from. Be sure to have dinner at the hotel, the chef cooks delicious food. There is one minus, the hotel is located on the road and all the rooms face the road, which makes it quite noisy at night. But the worst thing for me was not the cars, but the dogs and roosters that crowed around the clock. But, if you don’t have problems falling asleep, then you definitely won’t be disappointed.
