The Chedi El Gouna, Red Sea, Egypt

I stayed in a suite this time. The room was spacious and the overall design was simple. The service was very warm. They gave me a big bucket of fruit before I left. The restaurant service was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was too small, and the food was so-so, but it was nice that the meals changed daily. I booked a triple room on Ctrip, but this room type wasn't available. The Red Sea is beautiful. So beautiful it can forgive everything. The bed faces the window. The view is unobstructed.

There was a minor issue, but it didn't affect the overall experience. The manager offered two complimentary spa treatments as an apology. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was quite refined. The only downside was the pool's early closing time; it closed at 7 PM.

The hotel is full of old men and women. The service staff are also very bad. Compared with other hotels, the price-performance ratio is very low. The breakfast is better than other hotels.

This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of ​​the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.
