Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma

The building was beautiful and the room was fine. We went there to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, but there was an event scheduled that we weren't informed about when we made the reservation. They closed the pool on Saturday from 3 PM onwards, and the noise didn't stop until dawn. Considering the amount we paid, they should have told us. We won't be returning.

The room does not correspond to the one we had booked, and they did not give us what we asked for. I always ask for a high and good room, and they did not exactly comply, but quite the opposite. The receptionist was quite dry and boring. We did not have a timetable to reserve the spa, and even though the spa was broken, they were unable to offer us compensation, neither financial nor in services. They had a restaurant and massages, for example, to compensate us. However, Trip's treatment has left us with a good taste in our mouths due to their involvement in giving us compensation. In fact, we have repeated with them. We paid for a superior room and they gave us the normal double with views of a roof.

The hotel is beautiful, large, well located. Very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was all very good, good assortment. We had dinner at the hotel and the menu was well designed and truly spectacular. The only downside to the stay was that the spa was closed for maintenance. They had to notify that when booking.

The exceptional place, room, spa, impressive dining room. Failure is not known because our spa reservation was not noted, but the material that was given to us was there. There is no explanation, everything was solved on time and well. The experience has been fabulous

El personal muy profesional, muy atentos y agradables. desde la recepción, al spa, zona de masajes, desayuno y restaurante, piscina exterior y servicio de habitaciones, todos un 10. Muchas gracias por ofrecernos una estancia tan agradable La ubicación e instalaciones muy buenas y en muy buen estado Comentar que el WC no dispone ni de ventilación ni de escobilla . Las dos plazas de carga eléctrica una que inutilizada por el vehículo que carga en la segunda plaza

La ubicación es muy buena en el centro del pueblo.La habitación bastante bien y las instalaciones también aunque ya un poco anticuadas. El desayuno bien muy completo y variado.Quizas para el precio que tiene mejoraría la limpieza y calidad de las instalaciones.La piscina termal bien pero algún chorro no funcionaba y la hora a la que fuimos demasiada gente.

Castilla Termal siempre destaca por sus instalaciones, lugares emblemáticos que nunca defraudan. Personal muy amable en todo momento. Recomendable al 100 X100
