房子位置好，周邊很多酒店，離胡楊林景區2公里多，開車十來分鐘就到了，小區樓下有很多停車位，免費停車，老闆很耐心，房間非常乾淨，我們一行6人，有三間房，設施齊備，很好住，唯有不足是5樓沒電梯，洗澡水不是很大，總之，性價比不錯。

#負評#對走廊隔音，梳洗用品，性價比，位置，安全性失望；价格很贵，但是地方一般，首先我们在居住时，房东两次没有问过我们直接开门，非常不礼貌也很吓人；其次是厨房、所有的柜子都封死，类似于防小偷，感官不好并且非常不便利，民宿本意是便利，只有厕所一个用水的地方，厕所水量很小，洗澡刷牙不便利，洗水果都很麻烦。

國慶旺季訂民宿性價比很高，訂了兩個套間，老闆貼心安排在對門，套間很大，一個套間至少可以住5-6人，熱水也充足。民宿小區離胡楊林景區不到10分鐘車程。小區門口一排吃飯的和超市，非常方便。

怎麼説呢，對這個地方很失望，整個鎮子不管吃住，吃相都很難看家庭賓館就是當地居民正在住的房屋，胡楊林節臨時騰出來的，每户人家床品和設施參差不齊，碰運氣吧，不會來第二次的地方！

房子大，設施還齊，卧室被單乾淨，但洗澡水小，因為燒電的，還得提前2小時開機，廁所裏乾濕未分離，也沒有放衣服的地方，水盆太舊，與卧室相比太差，房租價格高了。

今天剛入住，評論區為什麼會有差評啊，房間很好啊。比老闆之前發我的好太多了。很乾凈一進門就是消毒水的味道乾淨整潔。這個價位真的是好到沒話説。老闆娘也很有耐心。
