So, you know, this hotel, it's just in the right spot, nestled so perfectly by the erzberg. You can't help but be taken aback by the breathtaking views out your window. Now, let me tell you about the scrumptious delights they serve up here – their homemade strudels and desserts are pure perfection. You'll be wanting to save room for seconds, I can guarantee you that! And as for the staff, they're as friendly and as helpful as you'll find anywhere. Well-trained, they are, ready to make your stay as cozy as can be. I can't forget to mention their spa area, my friend. With a Finnish sauna and views of the mountains, it's a pure haven for relaxation. And for those who journey by car, don't fret – there's plenty of parking available. Overall, I'd have no hesitation recommending this secret place.

The room was nice and clean, we also enjoyed wellness. The surroundings of JUFA is great for winter sports. On the other hand, we didn't feel really welcome. :( Breakfast buffet was much smaller than we are used to from other JUFA hotels (no coffee and butter at the second day). Defrosted pizza for dinner instead of dinner buffet was a big disappointment - no one told us in advance that there would be no cooking (there were few guests) even though we had ordered half board.

We spent 4 nights at Jufa Hotel Eisenerz witt two small kids, and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone! Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, amazing location and view, delicious meals :)

Overall we are satisfied with the hotel. It is in beautiful environment among the mountains. The team there is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the stay and hopefully we can go back soon.

We stayed at the JUFA Hotel due to attending the Formula 1 at the Red Bull Ring. The drive to the race is about an hour away as its over the mountain. The hotel is in a beautiful location, but limited options for other restaurants and bars in close proximity. The service at the Hotel is very good and the staff is extremely friendly and helpsome. There is a bar that serves the basics like beer, wine and sodas. When we left the hotel we unfortunately forgot a device in our room, but the reception reacted quickly to our email and shipped it to our home the same day - That is customer service :-)

Waren schon vor einem Jahr hier, heuer mit neuem Team in Küche & Service einfach großartig und um Klassen besser. Köstliches Essen (kein Convenience Food), super Service und sehr freundliche Angestellte! Auch kleine Extrawünsche für die Kinder fanden ein offenes und geduldiges Ohr. Die Gegend ist ohnehin sehr schön, tolles Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Tourenwochenende mit 40 Personen vom ÖAV. Sehr zuvorkommendes und überaus nettes Personal. Tolle geräumige Zimmer, super Sauna. Aber wenn mir vorgegeben wird wieviel ich schreiben muß trübt das die Bewertung gewaltig. Es müssen mind 200 Zeichen sein??!! Warum bitte ????
