Hotel la Reine

Complicated checkin intructions and the worst was you have reception there 3 hours a day so you cant leave your backpack or luggage there

Super position! Clean and room big enough. Close to here there is also a coffee shop!

Upon arrival, there was one at reception, and the number left as a contact was not in service. When someone did show up I checked in to pretty average room, dirty floor and no double bed as requested, two twins beds shoved together... the windows had the handles removed so guests can not open the windows.. zero fresh air throughout my stay was not healthy at all... outside the hotel was a full on building site and workmen laying bricks and using machinery... this would edging at 7 am in the morning and would be loud for most of the day... even entering the hotel was a nightmare as you had to navigate through workmen and machinery... very disappointed and will not use la reine anymore.

Super convenient located at Wilheminaplein close downtown Eindhoven. Clean room, nice staff. Very suitable for a short stay :-)

I had a business travel and stayed there 2 nights, room was a bit unventilated.

I wasn't provided a parking space for the car , even tho it was mentioned in my booking that I will get one .I was told to use Q-Park by the reception which costed me alot of money (100 euros something) On the 1st night , I found out that my toilet seat is broken so I complained then I was told that I will get an upgrade. But next day without my permission and presence my stuff was moved to a different room without my knowledge. Thank god I came back early before 9 otherwise I wouldn't have access to my stuff because I didn't had the cards to that new room .It was very stupid decision by the hotel staff. My room key cards once stopped working , I couldn't open my door , thank god reception was available at that time otherwise I could have been Problematic . Rooms are not as well lit as shown in the photos so that is also misleading.
