Campanile Eindhoven

I was in over 40 countries and never experienced a hotel where they don’t come in and clean. They did hang a trash bag with new towels on the door, instead of cleaning and picking up the old towels. The room was smelling like cigarettes (I asked for non smoker room), because people were smoking on the balcony.

You can hear the noise of the other rooms the winddow couldnt close good for privacy

Clean rooms that are cleaned every morning,whatever you need you are provided with and it’s location is good near the town centre and the airport

Overall not a good stay: we booked a standard queen room as category, note that this was not a request, and we were given a room with twin beds. We called and the reception moved us to the right room’s category. In this room we found poorly kept facilities and cleanliness not up to the standards since we found a lot of dust and mold in the shower. We were tired from a long day and we had to take an early plane, location was no good either, no places to eat nearby except for a McDonald and buses do not run before 9am on Sundays and we had to take a taxi, which the hotel booked for us, service from the driver was good but for a 7 minutes ride we paid 35€.
