Location was okay - a bit far away from the centre if you have suitcases. Shower pressure is acceptable but the temperature control could be better.

WiFi was poor, reception wasn't available most of the times and you have to wait for them each time I needed help. No telephone nor fridge in the room Overall, it wasn't the best experience and service can be way better and amenities upgrades.

Went to Edinburgh with my girlfriend for a winter vacation, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have a luggage room for you to store your luggage before check in and even after check in.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Lauriston Place). The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is perfect — very convenient and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The amenities provided were excellent and met all my expectations. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for solo travellers. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh.
