What an amazing hotel, beautifully appointed rooms, vaulted ceilings with exposed oak beams, top of the range fixtures & fittings , more like a luxury home.
I can’t wax lyrical enough, it was fantastic.

Fantastic room however I had very little sleep due to the very busy road and an old building with no double glazing. I’m sure that the building is listed so little chance of them being able to
Fix that. Not helped by a gentle hum of a fridge and an air con unit outside the bathroom window which I tried to have open to keep some air in the room.
No food offered on Mondays which is worth knowing in advance………..I didn’t
A lot of the town not open for food on Monday night either
Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t report on the food

An amazing little b&b with incredible staff and a totally adorable vibe. The room was full of character and includes a sound bar, tv with apps and built in speaker in the showroom mirror. There was a hairdryer and iron in the room and a stocked mini bar (you could request any specific drinks from the bar if you wanted). The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially Fraser who booked taxis for me and was really welcoming. The pub downstairs was also full of friendly locals who were quick to make friends with me a solo lady The breakfast which is included is really lovely and filling. I stayed to attend a friends wedding nearby but am planning to return and explore the village and surrounding area

Really lovely boutique room, spacious and clean with everything you’d need for an overnight stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. At breakfast there was a wide range of options. Their shower was a highlight. The Bar is a nice setting for a drink, with a wide range of beers on tap. Would thoroughly recommend for exploring the area both locally and more widely
