Front desk was very friendly, had no problems when registration. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfy. Had a very nice hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Everything is older pots and pans were not useable the oven appeared to have ez off sprayed on it but never cleaned off. No coffee machine in room. The hallways and doors really need to be painted!

The hotel is showing its age and the core of the facility needs maintenance but the beds are clean and comfortable and the location is convenient for airport travelers.

Had a king suite which looked very nice online but got to the hotel and lobby full of people hanging out. Walking by all of the rooms to ours, walls were stained, room doors ajar and filthy, bags of garbage in doorway entrances. Our room was clean other than it needed vacuuming. No bedding for pull out sofa bed nor blanket for the thinly covered king bed and it was freezing cold in the room. Turned heat up to 77 but only blew cold air. It was late and I didn’t feel safe and didn’t want to go to front desk or have anyone come to the room so we slept in warm clothes and got out early am. The breakfast area was clean and food decent and staff didn’t apologize for lack of heat but said they’d look into it. Everyone we saw other than staff were likely illegal immigrants being housed there. Speaking in other languages and some in pj bottoms and slippers. Lady refilling food items very nice. Oddly wished us to stay safe rather than have a nice day. Wouldn’t recommend.

I loved the little kitchen in each unit. The property was quiet and felt safe. The front desk lady was also very friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again when next time I am around.

The facility appears to be having a housekeeping staffing problem. All of the staff, who are currently onboard, are doing their best to be as accommodating and hospitable as possible, but the carpets in the common areas need to be vacuumed and shampooed. Our room had been cleaned, but the tile floor areas hadn’t been mopped and the kitchen area floor was sticky. There was no soap or shampoo in our room, only one wash cloth and no clothes hangers. There were two TVs, but only one remote. It appears that people are living in the hotel short term, rooms aren’t cleaned daily and people take hotel staples when they move out. Our room smelled fine, but our friend’s nonsmoking room across the hall smelled so much like cigarette smoke that she needed to change rooms. Having a suite was nice and the location was very good for us. We also got a very good rate on the room. We were only staying for one night so it wasn’t a horrible situation. When I went to the front desk, they were apologetic and provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and three wash clothes. A maintenance man scoured other rooms and gave us four clothes hangers. We don’t normally need a lot of service or personal care, but the standard of service here was surprisingly lower than we expected. We will have to think hard about returning.

The checkin process was quickly & staff was friendly. Hallway looked nice but the room smelled muggy even though it was super spacious & convenient as it had 2 queen beds & a pullout. Breakfast was not good and even the make your own waffle did not taste like anything even though it was labeled “cinnamon roll”.
