I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on business trips. Thank you for your excellent service when staying. I leave after using it well.

Newly updated interior of room, fresh paint, new flooring, updated bathroom fixtures. Very comfortable bed and fresh linens. Breakfast included was well stocked with many options. Would 10/10 recommend.

Was going to give 4 stars however I deducted one more star due to the cigarette smoking spot. I don’t care if you want to smoke, the unfortunate part is where they have their dedicated smoking area is that it’s in the nicest part of the hotel grounds. It’s between the breakfast area and pool right off the main lobby. There is a great breakfast in the morning with tables right outside this area, but virtually no one was eating out here because of the people smoking and ash trays on the tables. Literally, move the smoking area anywhere else on the grounds. Ok aside from that grievance, the rest of the hotel is decent. Staff was nice, especially the guy working the breakfast station. He was working hard, was polite, enthusiastic, and getting everyone what they needed. Rooms were decent, a bit dated but you could tell they were making some upgrades. Bed was comfy and the pillows were 5/5 due to them not being the crappy feather ones your head falls right through. Bravo! Hallways are definitely in need of new carpet. Long-standing stains and again, the smell of cigarettes lingered. The room did not smell so we had no issues with it there. Pool area is beautiful and perfect for lounging. I would recommend this hotel if you are someone with moderate expectations. It’s also in a great location to the mall and Green Lake state park.

To be transparent, my view is a bit biased since my car was hit (and run) in the parking lot. I know it isn't the hotel's responsibility but 1) there are no security cameras covering the parking lot (a basic safety issue in my book) and 2) hotel management said they would help with an incident report which they did not. This incident to the aside, there are other issues. To start the hvac units are old and loud. I am a Gold level customer and these are some of the worst that I have experienced. Second, I don't know where they were hiding, but the front desk was frequently unmanned. I saw this delay check-in including my own. Third, there were towels and trash stacked in the hallway down from our room when we arrived (late afternoon) Hello housekeeping? A couple of other nits that I won't repeat but I don't see how this place is up to Marriott standards. Management was certainly not on its game last weekend.

I sold my home, so I've stayed there for over a month. Best staff around...hardworking, professional, and friendly people. Room is spotless. Silk sheets, firm mattress, spotless bathroom, and quiet. It was a relief to find a place to stay that was so nice, and the price per night was a plus! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

All staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Very clean. Didn’t have an opportunity to use pool or gym but they looked very clean. Wish there was a better selection for breakfast and the beer/seltzer selection was low. Not terrible. I would definitely stay again!
