Everything from check in too a hot shower to morning breakfast the only thing that bother me was stains on the mattress I always check for stains on mattress and sheets n bugs but the only problem was the stains on the mattresses but everything else was fine

The pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The room smelled like ****. Definitely disappointed!

Pool is still closed for the season. Room was great with check in going great. During stay parking

Only issue was hearing all the feet in the room above us…constant. Implies poor insulation…..staff was wonderful.

Pool not open air conditioner worked good. Room had a tub and shower curtain. Tub is not ideal for just shower would not want to sit any hotel tub. Shower curtain is nasty and full of germs do not recommend every being touched by one which was impossible because tub was so small yo could barely stand under shower head without touching. Checking in asked for a room with walk in shower and immediately got told no other rooms available without any kind of looking to make sure. A lot of noise on the 1st floor every morning, people cumming and going . Would not recommend on my second stay because of staff and tub with shower curtain.

They had a group of people above us who were lifting weights at 2AM. Complained to the front desk, no response. The following night, the same. For three nights we did not sleep due to the constant noise and floor banging. Because the group had 12 rooms, they did nothing to correct the issue

I cannot give this hotel a good review I. That I could have been seriously injured as I walked into this hotel. I arrived in a rain storm. They had painted the stones outside the lobby with poly urethane. I fell . There inadequate warning how slick the walk way was. The staff did help me up. But I am a senior and fell like this could sustain my health. I hit my head and the left arm. I was given a ziplock bag for ice.

Peloton bike was not working screen and senic ride where good it did not register speed distance cadence. Wires where lose tried to snap back in did not work.
