This is a clean place to stay. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed here multiple times as a traveling medical worker, and will continue to.

It’s a nice place clean no frills just a nice place to stay. Was quiet slept like a rock I’m all good with that. Specially, for the price.

Tv didn’t work. Wouldn’t exchange rooms. Bed springs make noise every time you move in the bed. Room was available to switch but they didn’t do it

Clean. The room smelled really good. The rooms are small but it was just me and i was there for work. There is a train really close apparently and it was very loud but i only heard it when i was awake.

It was one of the cleanest places I've been at especially for the price. Would definitely stay again! If you ever planning a trip for anything in the Downtown area this is definitely the spot. 8min commute to the Peoria Civic Center and tons of eating shopping options. My trip couldnt have gone any smoother💪💪 Thank you!!!

My daughter and I found long, dark hairs on our pillows and sheets. They did not look like they had been changed. The bathroom was worse. The shower drain was covered in black hair and there was dirt and hair in the shower. the toilet pedestal had hair stuck on it and dirt around the base. The dresser had thick dust on the top. We left and did not stay the night.

The front desk service is great - nothing fancy but there’s light breakfast offered ; room is clean & bed is comfortable to sleep ; close to a lot of different stores
