I didn't expect much when I made the reservation, but was pleasantly surprised as to how nice the accommodations were. It may have helped that this is off season, but I'll stay again.

This is not our 1st time to Lancaster. We've driven by this place multiple times but never stayed there. This time was the ONE.

Our stay was wonderful. Starting with the check in being so quick and respectful. Room was so clean and well maintained and spacious. We had breakfast there and would highly recomend the french toast made from a cinnamon roll. Every worker was friendly and willing to help in anyway. One last thing if you stay dont forget to grab a few chocolate chip cookies they are amazing.

What a gem. Such a well themed hotel. We went when it was freezing cold out, so it was nice to take a dip in the indoor pool and hot tub. There is a bar, gift shop and full service restaurant. The rooms are decorated nicely and quiet. The showers water was good pressure and hot. Very clean. They also had a coffee/ hot cocoa bar and cookies. The amazing thing is the element of detail. It really feels like you are on an old steamboat. The location is great and not far from restaurants, shopping, shows and Amish farms.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The room was fairly large with a desk and table. The bathroom was clean and had two sinks with ample counter top space. There was nice bar and restaurant with reasonable prices on site. Pool area was a bit crowded but clean and surrounded by large windows to view outside. The hotel is quaint maybe a bit dated. Overall a very nice experience.experience.

Stayed at this location on vacation, because we thought it would be a fun place to stay with kids. The restaurant downstairs was closed, it wasnt open during the week we were told. The only other place to eat inside was the Tavern, which is basically a bar and we had kids with us. We used the laundry services there and those were great. The rooms were clean and somewhat updated. The 3rd floor is basically adults only. We really liked it, my kids loved it- just wish they had something to eat ON SITE open every day during the week so guests don't have to leave. We checked out the playground area as well, and my kids gave a 10/10

This is an amazingly cozy spot just outside of Lancaster, PA. Old but well kept with an amazing staff. The rooms are on the small side but comfy. Heated indoor pool was very nice. Definitely recommended for a short family stay.
