Good service, perfect location for transit to Bandung, overall recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at Park Hotel Cawang during a recent business trip to Jakarta. The hotel is strategically located in East Jakarta with convenient access to the toll road, making it relatively easy to reach business districts and the airport. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which is always appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a practical work desk that made it easy to catch up on emails and prepare for meetings. Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of local Indonesian dishes as well as some international options. The restaurant area was comfortable and not overly crowded in the morning, which made it a nice place to start the day. What stood out most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were attentive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Overall, Park Hotel Cawang is a solid choice for business travelers looking for a comfortable stay, efficient service, and good accessibility within Jakarta. Rating: 4/5 ⭐

Have arrived slightly earlier before check in time however Housekeeping Department Rifki did a great job to get the room ready upon Frontdesk Zulkifri quickly assigned a room allowing rest. As weekday morning rush peaked online hailing car services or/and Bluebird taxis service may be caught in the jam between 6am to 10am. To reach Halim HSR station: A shortcut to Cawang LRT Station via exit thru back of hotel, turned left and continued, turned right and continued till end, walked up the sheltered stairs with ramp on the left to Cawang LRT Enter with Gopay app onto platform 1 and ride the train to alight at Halim LRT station 5 mins away to switch to the Halim HSR.

I had a good experience. The receptionist was helpful. The only thing is the lights are too dim, especially in the bathroom. It was dim enough that I was struggling to read the label of the shampoo and conditioner to figure out which is which.

1. Cleanliness - need to upgrade the maintenance. The bedsheet got some stained. Towel have musty smell and yellow colour. 2. Toilet - got drainage issue. The water was stagnant and won’t dried up even in the next morning. 3. Size - quite small. For muslim, it might be quite uncomfortable for you to pray. 4. Staff was friendly. Although we arrived quite late for check in, the staff greeted us in a friendly manner with smile on his face. 5. There is no iron for clothes available. But they offer a service to iron your clothes. You just need to give the clothes to them and they will return back to you afterwards. Price vary from 15,000IDR - 80,000IDR. Depending on the size and the material of your clothes. 6. Location - close to the Halim Stasiun for Whoosh train. And easy to get a taxi to go there Overall, you get for what you pay. The price is quite cheap. Do expect an old hotel vibe from this hotel. If you plan to stay for more than a night, it is better to reconsider. It is not that bad but there are rooms for improvement. Note: I didn’t manage to take picture of the room as we arrived quite late from the airport and were quite tired . The next morning we rushed to the train station to catch the train. 😊
