KAMAR 522 YANG KAMI TEMPATI VIEW MENGHADAP KE ARAH JALAN RAYA KAMAR BERSIH, SELIMUT BERSIH HANDUK BARU TEBAL DAN BERSIH AIR KENCANG AC DINGIN TV BERFUNGSI DENGAN BAIK, SELURUH PEGAWAI DI HOTEL INI RAMAH DAN MEMBANTU, ADA LAUNDRY ROMM DAN FITNESS DI LT 1, HANYA KWALITAS MAKANAN YG HARUS DIPERBAIKI LEBIH BANYAK JENIS TIDAK BANYAK TAPI BERKWALITAS DENGAN RASA YG ENAK DARI PADA BANYAK TAPI KWALITAS DAN RASA KURANG BAIK ... TAPI OVERALL MENGINAP DISINI MENYENANGKAN DIBANDING SEBELUMNYA KRN SUDAH BERKURANG KUPU2 MALAMNYA JADI LEBIH TERASA AMAN MENGINAP DISINI FEEL LIKE A HOME NYA DAPAT PERTAHANKAN YA!!!!

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the bathroom had reliable hot water. There was some mold in the shower at first, but it was replaced after I reported it. I also think the bed linens could look fresher, and the breakfast could offer more variety. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

This is my fifth stay here..unfortunately its not as pleasent as my previous stay. Pillow cover is not white..bathroom not cleaned properly..theres still some hair in the closet.. When I entered my room..the tv already playing a movie I dunno the housekepeer has finished cleaning the room or not

Beautiful hotel…Love to stay here cause it’s clean and the hallway is carpeted that made the hotel looks grand…But, the hotel needs to improve the breakfast cause sometimes the noodles was too sweet or too salty..Overall, good hotel to stay…

The location is a little far from the centre and there is not too much around. The hotel is comfortable and the beds are excellent. The bathroom, especially the shower could be renewed. The breakfast is good.

The facilities were all good and the service is great. The location is within 3km to shopping area, not walking distance.
