Tub wasn’t draining and water temperature control was a major issue. Either cold or scalding hot. Pool and hot tub were closed. Room was hot and no cooling available for temperature control. Rooms are in definite need of updating/repair. Front staff was very courteous as well as restaurant. Can’t say the same for the bar. Had a 15% up charge, I guess for asking to take my glass of wine to the room??? Was poured in a plastic cup, but then given a glass to drink it at the bar while I waited for my food order. Never took it to the room. The food order was incomplete when I got to my room. Disappointed.

Had a few snafus at checkin. But management was very responsive. The front desk and security need a bit of training about what the property has or does not have. The room was immaculate and large. Bathroom exceptionally clean. Bar downstairs was very nice to have on site. We would happily return

It's not far from Kennedy Airport. I stayed there for one night before leaving. Marriott's quality is still very guaranteed, but there is nothing around the hotel
