I thought the staff was wonderful with the exception of one bartender at the Divi who consistently had a bad attitude. There were five people in my party and every one of us independently had a negative interaction with him. I wish i could tell you his name. He was sullen and unfriendly and walked around with a scowl all the time.
I liked the Red Parrot and Ginger. The waiters were great.
I thought Lime was awful.

Very nice stay. Only complaints… Mexican restaurant paled in comparison to the others. Toilets in rooms didn’t seem to work effectively.
Excellent pizza. Red Parrot excellent. Buffet excellent. Pools, excellent. Staff excellent.
Very friendly resort. Will highly recommend to everyone.

We went to Divi for our 30th wedding anniversary. The resort was better than we expected. Highly recommend. Bike/snorkling trip was so fun. Food was amazing (although I highly recommend you making reservations a week before you go. That was the only downside.)

We stayed at the Divi all inclusive and had a great time. The property is older but has been updated. The staff was friendly but a little aggressive trying to get us to sign up for their time share presentation. The restaurants can be difficult to get into but we were able to go to one each night. The beach and ocean are great. We would definitely go back.

Me and wife throughly enjoyed the property. We stayed in the bungalows by the beach. Our room was located right next to the bar, which was awesome. Arbua Ariba was my favorite cocktail. The beach was clean and enjoyable. Food and entertainment in the evening nice, the ****** and sister properties were all in walking distance. We definitely plan on returning.

The Divi was wonderful. The room was slightly outdated but the distance from our room to the gorgeous beach was amazing. The staff was amazing and everyone was so kind and professional. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place, clean. Generally the staff was smiling and friendly. Not so much the bar staff. No smiles there. I thought the eggs cooked for breakfast could have been a little more imaginative than just scrambled, boiled or fried. Generally big food selection, but very bland choices. Why diet coke and not Coke Zero? Coke Zero tastes closer to Coke. Why not stevia to sweeten coffee instead of just chemical low cal sweeteners. The Beach chairs are terribly uncomfortable. One more notch to bring the back up a little would have better.

Reaort was clean and workers were all friendly and there with anything you needed. Food and drinks were amazing and you cant beat the beautiful sunsets every night.
