Paradise Beach Villas

GiGi the beach waitress is nothing short of phenomenal. She's always there with a huge smile, and a quick conversation. Unfortunately a couple of times there were I believe Air BnB people that used the palapas there were very rude to her. However her bright attitude and patience went above and BEYOND what any server should have to endure. She has the patience of a saint, and her professionalism blew me away. Twice I witnessed challenging customers interact with her and yet she continued to maintain her professionalism and her ever bright smile. She deserves more than a raise, perhaps even a medal for staying so positive. Staff at PBV are absouletly wonderful, from front desk, to housekeeping, to maintanece, to the pool and beach attendants, all the way to servers. I look forward to coming twice a year to Paradise Beach Villas in Aruba.

DON’T STAY HERE! Well we had a HORRIBLE, ****** experience just today. We purchased the package to utilize the outdoor tiki rinse area. It was 9 of us that were trying to rinse the sand off after visiting the beach. We were immediately approached by the security of the area asking where our bands were. We had 2 bands because the lady didn’t want to give out 9 bands. He acted liked he still believe us so he went to get the lady. She confirmed. Then, still no apology. As we were rinsing, 3 WHITE WOMEN approached our group and pointed at us to say, “What is this?” We’ve been here since Wednesday and have had great experiences every single day. Today, Divi Beach area showed us that they didn’t welcome people of color. I will make sure to blast this on all social media platforms and worldwide on all review sites. All 9 of us will be writing a review! ****** in Aruba is not what we spent our hard earned money to experience while here!!! Do better DIVI BEACH!! Do better PARADISE RESORT!!!

Had a great time. Facility was clean and safe. Good location. Across the street from eagle beach. Mr randy was in charge of lounge chairs on beach and was very concerned with our comfort. Housekeeping did a great job

Our fourth excellent year at Paradise Beach Villa, twelfth year visiting Aruba. We enjoy it so much we are now in the process of becoming an owner! The staff is absolutely the friendliest, professional and most helpful. Getting a palapa so easy compared to other resorts in the low rise and high areas. The calming effect of this resort is so refreshing. Paradise Beach has a community feel to it. Staff and guests always willing to help with any questions or recommendations regarding the island. Just a five minute drive to the high rise area for restaurants and shopping. So glad we discovered Paradise Beach Villas four years ago!

This was our 2nd time here. The first was during Covid so this time was better! The pool area was fabulous! Excellent service from the bar. Gigi was a sweet and hard working server who walked to the beach and back a million times with a smile! The location is perfect… right across from Eagle Beach. We’ve never felt safer on vacation. To reserve a palapa on the beach you must get out there by 5:00am! But the moonlight can be pretty cool. We’ll be back!

Gigi waitress on the beach should really learn how to work with the public.I experienced how this bully had bad behavior. The hotel doesn’t own the grass umbrellas on the beach. The Paradise Villas resort on eagle beach puts all their loungers under these umbrellas . A lot of folks don’t know they are 1st come. Today, I asked a couple if they were leaving and GiGi shows up and stand by the palapa and says it’s reserved. I then told her no, that’s not true. When is the city going to put a stop to these resorts taking over the Aruba beaches.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but we utilized the beach palapas. $35 USD for the palapa with 2 lounge chairs & 1 chair. Additional chairs are extra but you get 2 free waters. This beach (Eagle Beach) is beautiful & it wasn't as crowded as some of the others. The best part, though, was our hostess/ waitress, Gigi! She was awesome & gave us amazing service. It was hot, but she hustled & was very attentive. She actually made our day at the beach so fun that we went back again!! Happy hour is from 1pm-2pm (2 for1) & so worth it! You have to make it a day at the beach & go see Gigi - she will take great care of you!!! ❤One Happy Island❤

This is our 4th year visiting Aruba and our third as owners at Paradise Beach Villas, I can’t say enough good things about it. The condos are large and comfortable, the pools are nice, and the staff is amazing. My 12yo wishes they had a slide or other water features but even he loves staying here. Eagle Beach is less than 100 yards away and the sunsets are incredible. While I enjoy the lively crowds at the resort next door and we like going there for live music (and my son loves the Sbarro pizza shack) I love coming back here where it’s peaceful and calm. The restaurants are very good, we look forward to Terrazza Italiana every year and the Peruvian restaurant is very good too. The one and only thing I wish is that the tiki bar was open a bit later but all in all this is my version of paradise and I look forward to it every year.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff were amazing from the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to bartenders. Danny and Andre were awesome! We will definitely return.
