They were here in this hotel for 4 nights with our dog and parents. The hotel casts as a very animal friendly hotel, one of the reasons why I had actually booked here. Unfortunately bitter disappointment! According to the homepage, each guest of four legs would receive a ”sets: a shell, a ceiling and a package of delicious sweets”, of which we had nothing! Dogs must not even pink on the ground, it is placed in every place. Every morning and evening there was a buffet, unfortunately, you couldn't make yourself the food on the table, you've got to say stupidly what and about how much you want to have on the table, otherwise the servers do too much or too little on it, Many have not been described as a court that should be represented. A freak is that for dog owners is only 2 big tables (see picture) reserved next to the restaurant entrance, in the middle of the hall and in my eyes much too little. To the question whether we could get another table with dog we were sent to the upper floor, that is, with dog a floor even higher and then the stairs walk down to get to buffet and then back up to the table, Not worse it is, and that's what we call the animal friendly hotel! We have never been treated so badly with dog in a hotel! You were also treated totally at the table as an outdoor! There was no climate (only in the restaurant), no service, we had little cleaned our dishes at the table and no service that had asked for drinks, The food was not the hit for a 5* hotel, you didn't miss anything, the best outdoor food. The rooms are small, something came into the years, climate a disaster as they went out every 15 minutes and really cool it doesn't do it. The bathroom needs a renewal (slippers, towels and shower sheets are relaxed and sleek, oven smells burned when used). The swimming pools could not be used all three because they were all cold, the only good was the sauna area. The toilets in the pool are permanently declined, 1 lift is thus declined long waiting time, the toilets in the hotel also works only 1 washing basin of 3 and that in all floors. Our rooms were not cleaned, only the beds were made and new towels were put into the bathroom. The hotel has its own beds on the beach with screens, unfortunately, as a guest of the hotel still is chargeable! Check-out was as unfriendly as when check-in and the rest of staff. It is large with 5* Resort and animal friendly advertising but everything is just wrong advertising, it has not even earned 2*. If you don't book here anymore, it's not worth a cent, we can't recommend it as dog owners!
