Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk lady (Dorys) kept on calling me “sweetheart” and for some reason assumed that I was from Shanghai, China? I don’t know why this hotel hired someone that was clearly IGNORANT. She didn’t even bother to ask for my nationality. Not all Asians are Chinese. Hotel was horrible. Trash was on the floor. Fridge was filled with orange liquid (from previous stay). Phone left on the chair covered with body fluid (clearly housekeeper didn’t check anything). Walls were dirty. The next morning, we checked out. I told the front desk lady (Wendy) about the condition of our room while giving her the phone. Wendy was kind and apologized and offered us refund. A week later, we found out that refund is not even an option to begin with. Worst hotel and customer service ever (except Wendy). I would not stay in Hampton ever again. Trashy company.
