Clean room, convenient location near the train station, friendly staff.

Although it's really small, it's quite comfortable to stay in. There's a restaurant right downstairs.

Really good hotel, cleanliness is a high priority here. The breakfast was perfect and the location was excellent. I would definitely come back to this hotel anytime.

The location is very convenient. Although it looks far from the main station, it's only two metro stops away, about ten to fifteen minutes. The front desk offers fresh apples every day, which is a nice touch! The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy due to the trams, but all other facilities are quite good. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, I'm curious why the double bed in the room is made up of two single beds pushed together – things kept falling into the gap! Overall, I'd still recommend it.

We stayed here for two nights, and the experience was utterly terrible. The air conditioning didn't work during extremely hot days, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. As a result, we barely slept for two nights. What made it even worse was that the hotel offered no solutions whatsoever. No alternative room, no fan, no temporary fix, and not even any form of compensation or sincere apology. The problem was simply ignored, and the next day, nothing had been resolved. Furthermore, even small things like two coffees were charged (€6) with absolutely no service attitude, while basic service was completely absent. For a hotel, you would at least expect problems to be taken seriously and solutions to be offered. That was absolutely not the case here. Hugely disappointing and definitely not recommended.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, even had a Bluetooth speaker. However, all the soap dispensers were empty. I asked for them to be refilled when the room was cleaned, but it wasn't done. If you have plenty of time and don't mind a laid-back atmosphere, it's a decent place to stay.
