As a business traveler the hotel is a good option

Overall the hotel meets my expectaion at a resonable location and everything is okay, nothing to write home about but nothing to dissapiont either.

The hotel is great, everything is as described. I was pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, 24-hour reception, really tasty breakfasts. I liked everything very much

The hotel was – despite the "Zentrum" (city center) in its name – 20 minutes from the city center (which is quite a long way considering Düsseldorf's size). Nevertheless, it was easily accessible by tram. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, the room cleaning was very meticulous, and the furnishings were simple but luxurious.

I have always used Ctrip to book hotels for business trips. The service attitude is very good. If there are any problems, they will be solved patiently. The customer service responds quickly. The platform is well-received and the hotel is also well-received!!!

Staff was very nice, travel with baby. Baby bed was provided free of charge. A sign outside the door stating whether the room should be cleaned or not would be good so that guests are not "constantly" disturbed.

It's OK. I will consider staying next time.
