I stayed here in February and really liked it. Rooms good, bar and restaurant good. But spoiled the experience for me now. I’m trying to book again, and as a diamond member of their loyalty scheme I should receive guaranteed room availability. However, even though not listed on the Accor site as dates not included in the scheme, when I phoned the hotel they said they were actually not available due to it being a busy period. There is little point in having a guaranteed room benefit if it is only available in quiet times…..when you can get a room anyway 🤦 If you’re an Accor member expecting to be able to book, as you can in all the other hotels, book early, as they seem to remove the benefits for busy times.
