4 Star Hotels in Dushanbe

I stayed in the Rumi hotel for a month, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-lit, and quiet. Laundry and pressing was very convenient. The gym & pool are top quality. Delicious meals and easy to order in from surrounding restaurants through the concierge. Very cool art throughout, by local artists. 3 conference rooms, meeting spaces, and mingling areas available for groups. I recommend the coffee shop/hot yoga studio next door. There is a nice grocery store & bank just a block away. Very convenient base to walk around Dushanbe.

It was a relaxing stay. The front desk was so friendly (as most tajik people i met in the country, really) and so helpful. They can assist you with airport transfers and money changing. While I didn’t get to take advantage of it, they also have free laundry and apparently snacks and drinks available for most of the day at the lobby which is a nice touch. The pool was refreshing and the ambiance of the whole place was just very inviting. I used the gym which had a decent setup, though the dumbbells stop at 50lbs and the only bench for barbell pressing was a bit rough to use and unstable. The breakfast was varied, with delicious beans and chicken, grilled vegetables, various cheeses, meat slices, sausages, salad toppings, and more. The real standout personally was the dessert. Brownies dripping with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and danish with berries, it was amazing! Will definitely stay again 👍

The hotel located in the center and near the airport has properly met our expectations . Very spacious rooms with full equipment . Part of the equipment makes it a little old-fashioned , and the hotel from the outside looks quite modern . The service is nice and helpful. There was a small problem with the water flow from the bathtub, but the bathroom was comfortable to the point of view. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. The first one before leaving in Pamir and two after return. Breakfasts during this time were exactly the same so long stays may probably be bored? Supplied in buffet form , apparently with a large selection are not the strongest side of the hotel . Maybe this is a matter of our habits . The local turkeys and cut cheeses are not really tasteful .However, no one has been hungry for breakfast . There was also a problem with TV channels , but after the phone came to the reception ”professional” and somehow set them . The biggest plus of the hotel is its location and these small minus have not changed the overall very positive assessment . The hotel also offers spa , sauna , bowling and conference rooms .

This hotel is the second time in the second year. The hotel has a free greet at the airport. The location is in the center of Dushanbe. It is not far from there. You can walk in Dushan. The hotel is in good condition. There is a hotel across the road. Compared with the authentic Tuller restaurant, it is not expensive. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby. It is not far from the Ctrip online booking price. Hotel service is very good, the hotel is not big, but the room is clean and clean every day, there are free toiletries and water coffee! I have been staying in Hotel Vatan since 3 February 2022 and will be returning to the Philippines on 28 February. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. It is 7-10 minutes walk from the center of the city (the Ismail Somoli monument), Rudaki park, the flagpole (world’s 3rd tallest), and other parks and places of interest including shopping stores and supermarkets. The hotel itself is a one-story building with between 30-40 rooms (am not really sure). The rooms are comfortably sized, neither too big or too tight, enough space to move around, and clean. Bathroom is clean, with strong hot and cold shower. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but sufficient. There is strong wi-fi, stronger than I expected. There is a gym nearby and nice restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Why did I say Vatan is a 5-star hotel? It’s because of its people. They are amazing! The owners are very accommodating and super super helpful. The husband and wife team go out of their way to make sure your concerns are addressed. I had problem with my registration (for foreigners arriving in TJK). They personally attended to the concern, they were the ones who went to the government office to get me registered and I just waited in the hotel. Now that is what you call 5-star service (a million spasibo)! The front desk staff (Nilufar and Shavkat) are very efficient, courteous and friendly. I was even met (on my request) at the airport by hotel staff upon arrival at 2 in the morning. The room cleaners do their job well and are honest. I intentionally left 2 50-somoni bills lying around (made to look like they unconsciously dropped from my pocket) and asked my room to be cleaned while I went out. When I returned, the room was clean and the somoni bills were on the table. If that isn’t 5-star honesty, I dunno what is. All in all, a very pleasant month’s stay in Hotel Vatan. Now you know where I will stay again if I come back to Dushanbe. And so should you.

Environmental service is ok, breakfast has nothing to eat, the price is too expensive, I feel it is not worth the price. But the overall environment, service attitude is ok. Obviously there are 2 beds, but only one person can live, and if you live one more, you have to pay again. This feels unreasonable.

Not a bad hotel , but not for the money that was spent . The price doubled due to the Russian influx
