We had a very short stay at this hotel. It lives up to its rating. We were picked up from the railway station. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was neat, clean and very comfortable. 100% recommend this hotel.

Excellent services by the hotel staff, friendly & helpful.  Provide complimentary pick up from the train station .  Also provide fruits & yogurt through out my 5-day stay.  Cheers 👍

Highly recommended this hotel 👍. Friendly & helpful staff. Free laundry service. We stayed 2 nights here and having delicious dinner at the Chinese restaurant at 1st floor, reasonable price.

Very nice and welcoming staff, everything is clean, I loved the little gifts (Snacks in the room, even a foot bath!)

Very nice clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. WiFi worked well and did not require a Mainland China phone number to login.

The staff at the Aisiting Hotel are very friendly and accommodating. They even provided a hot foot soak with Jasmine soaking salt free of charge.

The hotel is centrally located near the CBD with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficent giving good advice when asked. The room is clean with good amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of different food. The decour was very impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and always managed. The location is not far the night market, good to walk. The breakfirst is full of diverse, fresh food, taste is good. The workers is very kind, had better be more active.

A very good hotel near to night market. The staffs are nice friendly and helpful. High recommended for Dunhuang stay.

Our group of 6 persons , were treated with warm welcome and we felt it was a kind gesture from all the staffs. Facilities were simple but sufficient for our stay and also available of water, lotion for sunblock, dryness etc at the counter.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very decent as well. We can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dunhuang.

Service was excellent. Staff were knowledgable, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet included western and local dishes and for the most part were fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and room service and housekeeping was professional and complete. There were also some good shops for snacks and souvenirs as well as good restaurants next door and along that same block so it was very conveneient. I would definitely stay here again.
