The gm is actually a pretty sweet person she did a extraordinary act of kindness to my future wife that touched my heart and brought me to tear just alittle. Lol but sometimes we misjudge a person, when we do that we have to apologize and acknowledge the great acts. So thank you From my heart. Your act of kindness ddnt go unnoticed

The room was smelly, filthy and neglected. I asked for another room and it was a slight bit better, however there is a pattern here of not CLEANING the rooms. The floor was filthy and full of the last guests hair and crumbs! The bedding wasn’t fresh the baseboards were damn near black from dirt. The shower/tub would back up with water so I showered with water up to my ankles. No coffee pot so I went to office for one, get back to the room and it was broken. No cups no cutlery no pots in a kitchenette is wild! Zero stars

Nasty! couldn't change temp on ac. shower was dirty. towels were wet. floors were sticky. i was disgusted with sleeping in there. felt dirty when i left. room smelled of nasty cigarette smoke. parking lot smelled lf ****. grossed out!

No my room was not in the best conditions the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way there was a patch hole in the wall that look like it had mold on it and it was never repaired before I left as well as the electrical sockets kept going out. The staff was nice and the room was semi-clean It was affordable but not very impressive.

The room, bathroom, kitchen area were clean...Staff is is Courteous/Helpful and friendly...Property is maintained...quiet...Recommend for short or long stay Laundry machines available...Takes Quarters...There isn't a machine or way to make change There are food options within walking distance...Advise the traffic is extremely congested with traffic

1st i walk into them not wanting to refund a lady her money. Thats flag #1. Flag #2 I was fine being there until came across the manager. She assumed that my room was a mess while im switching my sheets since house cleaning didnt want to service me. she told me to checkout and that if i wanted to checkin i could later. Defeats the purpose of staying if you want me to leave and comeback later. Dont nobody want to pack up and leave just comeback

My room was okay, the beds were clean besides the head board that had handprints on it... wonder what the last tenants were doing. (Gross) The kitchen was the nicest parts. The bathroom needed updating, there was was looked like mold on the ceiling above the shower and a few dents in the tub. Some more towels would've been nice since it was a 4 guest bedroom.

Staff is rude and when trying to renew the guy at desk was trying to back charge my family for having a service animal but a daily charge of $25 for each day when I tried to explain he could not bc it's a service animal they told me to leave. I will never go back

The room was not cleaned. My friend had roaches in her room. At least 3. The front desk was not very helpful! Night manager was a little helpful but didn’t really listen to our concerns about her receptionist who was rude. My friend had to be moved bc she kept getting stuck in her room bc the door wouldn’t open. It was just a lot and left a night earlier. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all for the price they charge. Full kitchen but no pots or dishes to use . Refrigerator was leaking! Bed hard! I hated staying here !
