The employees of the hotel kept laughing and talking to each other in front of our room from about eight o'clock, talking loudly and making a lot of noise. The hotel's explanation for this is ”opening the wrong room door”, and the house number can also be read wrong... Is this also because the ”professionalism” of the work is not enough? . I also have doubts about the hotel's security system. If this happened in the middle of the night, what should I do? I am really afraid when I think about it. The person in charge of the hotel said, ”We can use stools or other tools to touch the door.” It can be seen that the hotel cannot provide trust, safety and comfort to passengers at all. Furthermore, we ate at the hotel on the first day, but the taste might not be to our liking. So the next day, we had dinner while we were out and about. When the hotel knew that we only consumed tea made around the stove at night, since it replied with ”rolling eyes”. I really met for the first time!
