White-walled courtyards are built along a stream, surrounded by bamboo forests and green mountains, with clouds often lingering around the peaks. Walking along the forest path, the abundant greenery instantly cures all city fatigue. The service truly makes you feel at home. The butler is attentive and meticulous, following up from check-in to check-out, with incredible attention to detail. Every day, they deliver fresh, wild fruits picked from the back mountain – sweet, refreshing, and naturally organic, an experience hard to find elsewhere. The hotel's amenities create a wonderful ambiance: in the evening, you can find peace transcribing scriptures in the Zen tea room; on summer nights, fireflies dance in the forest, and the stars twinkle, creating a romantic and healing atmosphere. The resort also has two adorable and gentle alpacas that are great for interaction and photos, loved by both children and adults. Guest rooms come with private hot springs offering scenic views. The meals are authentic mountain-style cuisine. It's quiet and serene, free from noisy crowds. The stunning mountain and water scenery, thoughtful service, and unique experiences are all top-notch. This one-of-a-kind vacation experience will definitely bring me back!

This hotel, nestled in the mountains, offers a truly healing environment. The landscaping is beautifully designed and artistic; I'm sure the autumn scenery would be even more stunning. Practicing martial arts in the evening was a unique and enjoyable experience. The butler service was exceptional; they were very responsive to all my requests via WeChat. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the rice noodles – they were incredibly fragrant!

The hotel has a graceful and refined ambiance, and the food is exquisite and delicious. It's a wonderful hidden gem for a summer escape.

My experience at Suxian Valley was absolutely fantastic! Firstly, the environment is beautiful and peaceful, with every corner thoughtfully designed. Whether you want to enjoy tea while listening to the stream, relax in a pavilion, peacefully transcribe scriptures, or simply immerse yourself in nature's greenery, there's a space just for you. Secondly, the butlers provide impeccable service! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions. A special shout-out to Xiao Fei – she went above and beyond, helping me with my luggage, bringing fruit, shelling nuts, and just generally taking wonderful care of everything! Thirdly, the restaurant food was delicious. For dinner, I had the Michelin-starred 'Chun Tai' meal – it was a truly great experience. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the dishes were unique and excellent! Breakfast was a buffet, also made with fresh ingredients, delicious and healthy.

Facilities: The facilities are mostly in good condition, except for the tea room being under construction. One curtain in our room was broken, hanging halfway and looking unsightly, and we weren't informed about it. All the curtains were a bit too short, so we could see the outdoor lights even at 11 PM when trying to sleep. Hygiene: Our room had a courtyard, and the tatami mat in the courtyard had some fallen leaves and dust. The sun umbrella had standing water from the rain, hanging right over our heads. It was clear that it hadn't been double-checked before guest arrival, which was a bit disappointing. Environment: Absolutely wonderful, every corner was picture-perfect and enchanting. The garden was very well-maintained. Service: 1: The hotel's signs weren't clear enough. Initially, the driver dropped us off at the lower parking lot. Although there was a big sign, there was no indication at the entrance that vehicles could continue further, which was confusing for both the driver and us. Since the second parking lot is closest to the front desk, why not put up a larger sign at the entrance? 2: We checked in standing up. There were clearly sofas available, but we weren't offered a seat, nor were we offered any welcome tea or drinks. The difference compared to Relais & Chateau in France is very noticeable. 3: The front desk responded promptly and actively dealt with issues. However, the kitchen closing at 8 PM is a bit early. 4: Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was excellent. Welcome Fruit: The fruit in the room was very fresh. Minibar: The selection was great.

Environment: The mountain setting was surprisingly good, with lush green mountains and water, full of Zen, and winding paths leading to secluded spots. Although there were small bugs, mosquito repellent handled them fine. Healing Experience: This was very unique. Check-in at 3 PM, and check-out the next day. The hotel activities were very fulfilling. Calligraphy copying, tofu grinding, music therapy, and hiking were all unforgettable experiences. I felt all my work stress just melted away. I even met many foreigners. I paid for the herbal bath experience, remember to request it in advance! Food: We had the 498-yuan double dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Seasonal mountain vegetables, healthy and fresh. The rich seasoning made it well worth trying. Service: The service was excellent, with appropriate staff allocation. They felt like local residents, very polite.

Qingcheng Mountain Suxian Valley is a tranquil retreat, nestled amidst mountains, forests, and streams. The overall design is elegant and tasteful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the private hot springs offer a superb view; soaking in the springs surrounded by lush greenery is incredibly relaxing. The butler service is attentive and meticulous, and the food is fresh, authentic, and delicious. It's a quiet and healing escape from the city's hustle and bustle, perfect for a short getaway to unwind. Overall, the experience was excellent.
