The staff was amazing and Rooms were beautiful.
We booked non-smoking Room and when we arrived our Room smelled like cigarettes. We asked about it and they told that all the rooms are basically smoking Rooms but they make a smell removing treamets to the rooms.
We got to change our Room immidietly and the New Room was nice and did not have a cigarette smell. We were pleased with the Room and the way the staff handled the situation.
Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. Also the hotel restaurant and hot Spring was quite nice to experience.
We could definetly recommend This hotel.

Very good service, people were patient, using translation apps to communicate. We really liked the hotsprings (we you can enjoy your entire stay) and they even brought us to panda paradise. We also saw that there was a sauna downstairs, which was not on, this might be a very nice addition. Good breakfast. Just good to know when using the laundry service it did not include drying Service (only washing). For us this was a bit bad timing because we had to pack wet clothes, but if you know this in advance you can hang the clothes. Also a an English translation for breakfast signs would be very helpful for foreign tourists.

Excellent stay! Tasteful, clean, and convenient hotel with exceptional service. Qingcheng mountain is great and this hotel is right there; location is great. We wish we had stayed for longer…we will be back!

The resort in nice and clean. Different room choices. Breakfast was very good. Conveniently located close to the front Quingcheng mountain. Staff was attentive and listening

Rooms were large and clean. The service staff were extremely helpful. What I found especially useful was a 24-hour on-call chauffeur service that drives you anywhere within the locality at no extra charge. The restaurant serves Sichuanese cuisine. It managed to exceed the high standards that we have come to expect from Sichuanese restaurants.

The pictures looked nice but it was not maintained properly. Dirty and itchy sofas. Poor ventilation and onsen was dirty. Other guests are rowdy but that's not on them, it's the culture i guess
