酒店衞生很差，前台服務調的要命，就跟我們差他錢試的，問他一個問題很不耐煩，就跟我去單位辦事一樣，這個酒店前台應該是公務員退下來的，你們好好培訓一下你們員工吧。這是我在都江堰住過最差的一次。真的是酒店前台態度極其惡劣

酒店衞生一般，馬桶上有很多煙印，洗漱枱面有污漬，入住後發現提供的礦泉水有一瓶已經被別人開啟。酒店隔音很差，隔壁説話能聽見，洗澡能聽見很大的流水聲！

房間一點也不隔音，半夜有人叮叮咚咚
廁所水管一直有嘩啦啦
外面的空調水一直滴在雨棚上滴滴答答
空調時不時跟拖拉機響轟隆隆
鋪蓋蓋起巨癢
是我住過體驗感最差的酒店，價格將近400
