JO&JOE CHENGDU DUJIANGYAN

It's a new hotel, and the facilities are all good, but the service is a bit lacking. It's ridiculous that an Accor hotel breakfast doesn't even offer coffee. There aren't any decent pastries either; no donuts or croissants. The milk was cold, and there was basically nothing for kids to eat.

Well-equipped and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it's a fresh and innovative brand.

Whenever I visit Dujiangyan, I always choose this hotel. First, I think the location is great. Second, it's a well-known brand, so the overall facilities, cleanliness, and service are all reliably excellent. This time, I left something in my room, and the front desk staff were incredibly quick and helpful in retrieving it for me. My experience was fantastic, five stars, highly recommend!

I highly recommend the Accor JO&JOE Dujiangyan Hotel in Chengdu! ✨ My stay here exceeded all expectations, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk service! The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they also patiently helped us plan our sightseeing routes for Dujiangyan and Mount Qingcheng. They provided detailed explanations on the best order to visit, peak avoidance times, and transportation options, saving us a ton of time on planning. Their food recommendations were also spot on! The local snacks and long-standing eateries recommended by the front desk lady, like 'Bobo Chicken,' 'Sweet Water Noodles,' and 'Pork Hock Soup,' were authentic and delicious – absolutely no regrets! She even thoughtfully noted down the average cost per person and business hours. The hotel's design is young and stylish, with a fantastic atmosphere in the common areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, whether you're heading to scenic spots or exploring local food and shops. Overall, it was an amazing stay – service, location, and comfort all scored full marks. If you're visiting Dujiangyan, this is definitely the place to choose. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit!

My kids absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were great, and they had a blast playing in the lobby for ages. In the evenings, we could even enjoy drinks and karaoke. The service was also significantly better than other hotels in the same price range. It's the kind of place I'd happily drive further to stay at. For anyone visiting Dujiangyan with kids, this is my top recommendation. Definitely lives up to the Accor name!
