Xikang Wellness&Resort Qingcheng Mountain

The hotel is conveniently located near the front of Mount Qingcheng. The facilities are excellent and very new. The room is spacious with high ceilings, which felt really nice. What impressed me the most were the motion-sensor night light and doorway light; it was so convenient when getting up at night and going back to bed, as I didn't need to fumble for switches. The lights would turn off by themselves quickly, allowing me to get back to sleep right away. The surrounding environment is very quiet, and I could even hear birds chirping outside my window in the morning. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was very fast. Whenever I needed anything after checking in, it was delivered promptly after I contacted them. The hotel's breakfast arrangement was great; I ate my fill every day. They also proactively asked if we had any special requests and then immediately contacted the kitchen to adjust and meet our needs. The only thing I hope they can improve is to offer self-service laundry facilities. I think this is a service many high-end hotels provide, and it would be very helpful for people staying for a longer period. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely return.

The hotel's overall style and color scheme are stunning, making it perfect for photos. There were so many activities during Chinese New Year, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. This was a last-minute trip, but I unexpectedly stumbled upon this hidden gem and ended up extending my stay for another night.

I specifically booked a king-sized room, and the space was huge, perfect for my child to run around. The room was decorated very warmly, and they even provided [children's slippers/toothbrushes]. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent; I was worried my child might disturb others, but it turned out to be no problem at all. The breakfast selection was also very rich, and my child loved it. Sister Yali at the front desk was great; she even gave us a small gift when we checked out. Thank you so much, we'll definitely come again next time!

So lucky to have found this hidden gem!! The service is top-notch, the bedding is excellent, and every single detail is perfectly executed. They even use the exact same toiletries as Fairmont hotels.

This hotel is a true hidden gem! The ambiance is wonderful, and it offers incredible value for money. From the yoga and Baduanjin classes to the hot springs, swimming pool, breakfast, kids' castle, and gym – each amenity was a delightful surprise. The staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, and a special thank you goes to Li Xin at the front desk.

An excellent experience overall. The management is very professional, and the place is spotless. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Its location is very convenient, just a few minutes' drive from Panda Valley and about 8 kilometers from Jiezi Ancient Town. This makes it ideal for a family weekend getaway or a gathering with friends.

The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The hot spring center also offered complimentary grilled sausages, fruits, and drinks.

The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, with minimal crowds. The huge pool directly faces Mount Qingcheng. After hiking up Qingcheng Mountain, a soak in the outdoor pool was absolutely wonderful. Returning to the room, another bath proved to be the ultimate way to relieve fatigue. The artistic corridors create a truly immersive and captivating atmosphere.
